"Great product, but service needs work"
I was really looking forward to getting this rower after reading some fantastic reviews about it. So, I went ahead and placed my order right after Christmas. Unfortunately, I accidentally picked the wrong delivery address (totally my fault). I shot off an email just two minutes after ordering to customer support, plus I sent a chat message as a backup, asking them to fix it.
I didn’t hear back from the team at all, and when I finally did, they told me it was 'too late' to make any changes. I tried to get them to update the address (there are two packages involved), but all I got was to contact the delivery company. It’s clear that the delivery service wouldn’t accept my request to change the address; only the seller can do that.
Topiom’s terms say you have 24 hours to change your mind. If you, Topiom, can’t provide support during the holiday season, maybe you shouldn’t have sales until you’re ready to help customers. It wasn’t my fault that I ordered between Christmas and New Year’s. What if I wanted to cancel within the first 24 hours?
Not sticking to your own terms isn’t a good look, but ignoring my messages and emails sent within that first day, and completely brushing off my requests to change the address so I can get my rower, was just a mess.
I really hope the product lives up to the hype. My biggest wish is that I won’t have to deal with Topiom’s support again after this experience.

"Disappointing experience - order got canceled..."
I was keen on getting one of these, so I placed my order and made the payment...but sadly, I got an email (from a guy in China) saying that because of "some issues at their warehouse in Germany," they couldn't ship the item and promptly canceled order #5850. When I asked for clarification, he mentioned that due to their "warehouse issue" they were unable to deliver to my address...whatever that means. Overall, not the greatest experience, and I'm really questioning the reliability of this company.

"Sturdy and Attractive Item"
This is a sturdy and attractive item, plus the customer service is fantastic. I ran into a few problems with the footrest and the seat, but the team at Topiom was super quick and really friendly in fixing everything. I've been using the rower for about 9 months now, starting off with just 5 minutes three times daily, then quickly ramping up to 10-15 minutes, and now I’m at 30-45 minutes each session, four times a week. And guess what? I’ve dropped a stone (6Kg).

Superb item and fantastic support from Topiom overall. Delivery was super fast after I placed my order, everything was included and easy to put together. The machine operates wonderfully and truly makes working out way more enjoyable than just jogging or whatever. It stores neatly when not in use. Can't wait to enjoy it for many years to come... "Awesome product and fantastic support"
I got my Topic Rower just over a year back and I’m really into it! The build quality is on par with the top brands out there, and the customer support is absolutely top-notch.
Since I started using the rower, I’ve shed 15kg - and honestly, it’s been a blast.
As a regular user (I hit the machine several times a week, often going for over an hour), I figured I’d have to deal with some repairs eventually. But with the Topiom, I’ve only needed to fix it twice. Each time, the crew was super quick to help, sent the right part straight away, and gave me clear instructions.
I’m really happy with my rowing machine. It’s sturdy, well-crafted, and a lot of fun to use.
"Topiom Water-Rower: A Solid Choice"
After doing a ton of digging into getting a water rower, I stumbled upon Topiom, and their product along with the reviews seemed impressive. I'm really pleased I chose to buy one of their rowers. I've had it for around a year now, and it's super user-friendly with excellent build quality. There was a minor problem with the seat that ripped (I attribute that to my heavy usage since I use it nearly every day), but Topiom's Customer Service was really helpful and agreed to send a replacement at no cost. I can't recommend Topiom enough.

"Reliable Rower, Awesome Support"
I picked up a Topiom rowing machine while stuck at home, and it's a solid piece of equipment overall, plus I've really put it through its paces.
I ran into a small problem with some plastic parts breaking, but the customer service team went above and beyond to assist me with replacement parts and quick shipping. They even hooked me up with a discount on a better monitor. This brand truly cares about delivering excellent after-sales support.

"Encountered an issue with my electronic pump..."
I ran into a snag with my electronic pump not functioning. I reached out to Topiom, and Josie quickly arranged a replacement for me. No fuss at all. I've gotten in touch with Topiom before about a few small problems, and Josie has always been super helpful. The customer service is top-notch, and the Topiom rower is fantastic. I'm really into this piece of equipment. The quality is excellent, and it looks great too. I can't find anything to criticize about Topiom, and I wholeheartedly recommend them.
"Fantastic Water Rower Experience"
I placed my order on Tuesday, and it showed up on Thursday via two different deliveries. Not quite sure why they chose to use two separate companies, but whatever. They arrived just a few hours apart. Assembly was a breeze, and it looks great, especially since we keep it in the kitchen. It's way quieter than we thought it would be; we had air rowers before, and those were pretty loud. It's only been a few days, but I'm really impressed. I had to reach out to customer service, and Maxxie was fantastic. So far, I'm giving it 5 stars all the way!

"Outstanding Support from Topiom"
Topiom’s support team is truly remarkable. We bought a Topiom water tower back in March 2021, and by early 2022, the paddle wasn’t turning right. I got in touch with Topiom, and they asked for a video. Within a day, they figured out the issue and sent me a replacement part along with a video showing how to install it.
The rower itself is a fantastic piece of gear and super simple to put together. It’s really comforting to know that Topiom has a crew ready to assist if you run into any problems.
"Strong and Sturdy"
I'm really happy with my Topiom rowing machine. It was super simple to put together. The noise while rowing is quiet and almost soothing. I'm already hooked on it. Aiming to row 5km daily. The only thing I wish for is a larger screen on the monitor, but it's not a major problem. Thanks a lot, folks!

"V3 Console Upgrade Transforms This Water Rower"
I've had the walnut model for a year and a half, and it's nearly the ideal rower, but the V2 console was a bit of a letdown. Lately, the Bluetooth feature stopped functioning, but Topiom's customer service was super helpful and offered me the V3 console at a reduced price. What a game changer! The updated backlit display with 500m splits and improved distance accuracy really elevates it to the next level :)

"Encountered a minor problem with my footplate..."
I ran into a little trouble with my footplate and let the team know. They didn’t hesitate, and a new footplate showed up in just a few days. As someone who rows regularly, doing 30 minutes twice daily, I think this service is fantastic. Big thanks to Topiom!

"Just as good as rowers that cost twice as much"
I used to use the original water rowers at our office gym. After some digging around, I decided to buy the Topiom model for my place. It performs just as well as the fancy rowers we had at work, but at half the cost. It's awesome and super simple to put together, and my wife is a fan now too. Definitely recommend it!

"Absolutely Thrilled with My Topiom Rower"
I’m really happy with my Topiom Rower, got it around 7 months back, and I’ve been using it nearly every day since. My husband and son hop on it now and then too. It’s a solid, well-constructed piece of equipment, super simple to assemble, and the customer service is top-notch. The cover on the adjustable pedals did split, which made the pedals slip while rowing. We reached out to the supplier, and within about a week, the replacement part arrived and was pretty straightforward to install.
